We need volunteers! Our volunteers help make each year better than the last. You can be a part of it by giving just a little time and help make this year extraordinary. We wouldn’t be successful without you! A volunteer newsletter will go out to all of our volunteers prior to the meeting to provide instructional details.
Depending on your time and level of commitment you want to give, this year’s TDA Meeting has several opportunities for you to choose from. All volunteers must register themselves for the meeting.
1. As a Greeter, this is only a 2 hour time commitment. If you enjoy being around people and answering questions, this opportunity is for you! If you have some time before or after your sessions, or in between shopping the hall, what better way to get to know your fellow attendee. Be a greeter and help direct people and answer their questions. Complimentary breakfast and lunch provided the day you volunteer.

2. As a Room Host, you will register and pay for the class, check tickets at the door and assist in general management of the room by making sure everyone is in a seat and not on the floor. This is a great opportunity to be in the class of your choosing for CE and receive a complimentary breakfast and lunch. Hosting a room can be a lot of fun and you can recruit your friends to help you!

3. As a Speaker Host, this is one of highest level of commitments and a very prestigious honor. As a Speaker Host, you will register for the meeting, and TDA will register you for the class you sign up to host, providing complimentary CE. You will touch base with your speaker in advance and make arrangements to meet them on-site and offer any other assistance they may need. You can accompany them to breakfast and lunch in our VIP Hospitality suite and then to their class. You must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people as you will be expected to introduce the speaker and make any housekeeping announcements we may have. You will be sent information in advance such as the speaker’s bio and a sample script. On-site, you will pick up your host packet and if requested, your speaker’s packet as well. Help give back to the dental industry by being a host to one of our amazing speakers that we have on our program this year. Spots are filling up fast!
